Returns Policy
At Cult Haircare, we are committed to providing high quality hair care products to our customers. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help with any product issues you may encounter.
Unopened Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a refund or exchange in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We do not accept returns for change of mind on any unopened products.
To be eligible for a return on an unopened product:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Once the product has been returned to us, we will inspect it and process a refund or replacement if it meets the above criteria.
Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products due to change of mind. However, if your product is faulty, damaged, or has caused a reaction due to a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return on an opened product:
- The product must show a clear fault or defect.
- You must contact us within 14 days of discovering the issue.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Change of Mind
Please note: We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. This policy applies to both unopened and opened products. Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund if you simply change your mind about a purchase.
ACCC Consumer Law Compliance
Our returns policy is in full compliance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) regulations. Customers are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if the product is faulty or not as described. This does not cover change of mind returns.
If you believe your product is faulty or was damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer support team at info@culthaircare.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with your return.
